* Early drop off / late pick up must be communicated with the Director of Early Learning for their approval to confirm staffing availability. Payment must be made upon pickup or prior to services being rendered the next day.*

The annual registration fee is due at the time of registration, and is non-refundable.

ELC families and those who are new to SCA may be eligible for the early registration rate at any time of the year including after the close of the early registration period.

The academic material and activity fee is due on and non-refundable after August 15, 2026.

Monthly tuition payments are due by the 15th of each month from August to May.

An administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged for NSF cheques or payments.
Financial Assistance
SCA offers several scholarships to reward strong character and academic achievement, and bursaries based on financial need.
Financial Need Bursary
All current and prospective students may apply for financial assistance in accordance with their families’ overall financial picture as assessed by third party Financial Assistance School Tuition (FAST) assessment.
