The month of March is here, that means spring is right around the corner. We had a wonderful time at SCA following the Olympic Games. The students enjoyed competing in events during gym class. One of our chapels this month was created around the "I Believe" theme. Do You Believe? Our school ski trip to Adanac was a safe and most enjoyable outing and the visit to Robinson park was a huge success. Students, parents and teachers all enjoyed these outdoor events. As we look towards our March break, my prayer is that all our families will enjoy this week of relaxation. Students you deserve it! Report cards are coming home soon. Have a wonderful week and may God continue to bless all our SCA staff and students.

September proved to be a very busy month. Students both new and returning settled into their daily routines. Over 1000 people enjoyed the Sanctus Real Concert that was performed in the large sanctuary, what wonderful powerful message this band shared. Sudbury Christian Academy had the privilege of hosting here at our facility the Toronto Symphony Orchestra which performed for many of the local elementary and secondary schools. Our first trip to Science North was a huge success. The JK's to grade 7's went for the day and were able to enjoy the IMAX theater. The grade 8's were able to take part in the Roots and Shoots program and heard Jane Goodall speak on the importance of looking after the earth that God made. So our school year has started off wonderfully. SCA students are encouraged to let their light shine in and around our community.
